A simple decision to ship the hat in a box would have gotten a magnificent review from me !! I can't believe someone actually thought putting a felt - formed hat into a plastic shipping bag and wrapping it up nice and tight and taping it up like a 5 year old would was acceptable or even semi ok …. So unfortunate
