Don't buy printers from Walmart online

This printer is worse quality than the $100 basic ink jet I had previously and I wish I never switched. I was sold a printer with COUNTERFEIT cartridges so of course it doesn't even print black ink evenly. I contact Walmart who tells me I need to contact PC Universal who sold it to me third party. PC Universal tells me to take it up with my 1 year warranty with Canon. After I speak with a Canon representative they assure me there is nothing they can do because PC Universal gave me counterfeit cartridges. This is completely unacceptable and feels criminal that they can do this. I spent over $300 on a printer that can't even print black text evenly and I need this for my business so of course a huge set back that Walmart, PC Universal or Canon could care less about.

Good printer, clear print, very quick. I had some difficulty pairing with my phone. The menu is not real user friendly. But once it was set up it works fine. When they sent the printer with cartridges, supposedly they were Canon cartridges, but the printer kept messaging they were not and if anything happened that I had to return the printer for repairs it may not be covered. Evidently, these were generic ones Walmart sent.

disappointed - walmart! shouldn't advertise this

this is the worst experience I've ever had with buying through Walmart - I expected new but now I see it is refurbished. everything described in add is misleading - the copier does not come with toner and I don't thing the drums are really canon either - paper tray doesn't hold legal paper. I am very disappointed - I want to return it.
