I like to get food on my bicycle. I live only a mile away from seven different fast food places and it makes more sense to bike there and back than drive. Handling drinks has been a burden because it involved taking my hands off of the handle bars. This could lead to loss of control or an accident. This cup holder helps to alleviate that concern. I have used it for over a week and have had no problem carrying medium and large size cups. The installation is very easy. However, I would recommend testing it in your driveway with a cup of water. I say this because the natural position on the handle bars is tilted back (toward the rider) slightly. This is easily corrected by rotating the installation forward. Without making this adjustment, you might spill soda or hot coffee on yourself.
