Wrong color sent, but still love the chair.

This was purchased for my mother, and she loves it! She says it is very comfortable and roomy. she loves the cup holders and the massage feature. She did say the pill part for your head is not thick enough, but she just uses a small pillow under her head, and it works fine. The only real complaint is that we ordered it in dark brown but were sent the gray color by mistake. She did not want to go to the trouble of returning it to get the correct color, so she said she would just live with it even though it does not match any of the other furniture in her Livingroom. Mistakes happen, and we could have returned it, it was our choice to keep the wrong color, so can't really hold the seller complete at fault, as I am sure they would have corrected the error if we had made them aware of it. Other than getting the wrong color, the chair is fantastic!
