Very easy to set up. I set it to every 4 hours. Never jams. Food comes out nicely. It comes with a large desiccant pack you install inside the lid to keep the food dry. Great feature. Very pleased with this feeder. Setup was very easy. Timer was set to feed 4X in 24 hours and it worked perfectly. With the choice of multiple portions, I can control the amount my cat eats. He needs to lose weight so this will help do the trick. Feeding dish is easy to remove for cleaning. Actually, saves me time and I dont have to worry abt making sure there is food in the bowl.
