Very easy to set up. I set it to every 4 hours. Never jams. Food comes out nicely. It comes with a large desiccant pack you install inside the lid to keep the food dry. Great feature. Don't throw that away. The steel dish prevents feline acne caused by plastic dishes. So far, so good on performance. I like it.

I love this automatic pet feeder. First, it looks sleek and I perfer the dark color, and I love that you can look at it and see how much cat food is left. The knob is super easy to use, I didn't even have to read the instructions! Supper easy to program. Turn the knob to the setting you want and push in. It's got battery backup in case the power goes out and it's great having the piece of mind that my cats are getting the correct amount of food at the same time, everyday. I would highly recommend this feeder!
