The longest angle steel of the product is at the same height as the sofaside plate.
Slightly support the lift to expose the installation hole, and mark the hole on the lift with a marking pen. (Note: Each hole is 1.18in long to prevent deviation in the hole position, and the hole position can be adjusted appropriately)
Remove the lift, punch the marked installation holes with an electric drill, then install the lift body and tighten the screws.
Install the lift behind the bed, support the lift, and install the air rod. (Note: One end of the thin rod is a telescopic air rod, which needs to be installed downwards)
Press down on the lifter to the closed state, then measure the length and width from the bedside to the lifter, determine the installation hole distance between the upper bed board and the lifter, and then measure the length and width on the bed board to find the corresponding installation hole position and mark it for punching.
After drilling holes on the bed board with an electric drill, place the bed board on the lifter, insert screws at each corresponding hole position, and use a screwdriver and pliers to tighten it to complete the installation. - 🧐NotesPlease confirm the product size and applicable sofa weight before purchasing. It should be installed at the end of the sofa, not at the middle.
If you find that the sofa lift cannot lift the sofa plate after installation, it means that the load-bearing capacity of the device is too small, please replace it with one of greater load-bearing capacity. If you find that the sofa plate can not be pressed back to the original position, it means that the load capacity of the device is too large, please replace it with a sofa lift with a lower load capacity.
There are many installation holes for the lift, so the number of installation holes can be selected according to the actual situation. When installing the upper bed board, it is recommended to first measure the distance between the length/width hole positions of the front and rear ends of the lifter, accurately corresponding to the installation hole positions of the upper bed board. After confirming that there are no errors and completing the installation, it is possible to add any fixing screws in the middle part to avoid incorrect punching.
The matching screws for this product are 1.1in long and 0.17in diameter screws, suitable for bed boards with a thickness of less than 0.94in. Other models of screws need to be purchased by yourself.
