Easily one of the best flashlights I've ever owned. In the 1980s as a patrolman, I carried a Maglight, the thing took 4 batteries and it was like carrying a baseball bat around. This little powerhouse is much better light. And the ability to change from spotlight to floodlight with a switch is very convenient.

Marauder Mini is the best flashlight I own. also probably the most expensive. BUT don't let the price scare you away because if you're an outdoorsy person this is a must have for anything outside of mid day use. It's spot beams is FANTASTIC and at a flick of a switch the flood beam illuminates everything!!! I like the turn dial switch that shows the battery and the power level. They have this feature that buzzes the light once you turn the wheel to 100% or minimum so you no for sure once your hit either end of the brightness scale. Some may say it's too heavy but for me it's about perfect! The red, green, blue lights seem gimmicky to me but some may use them. Also the design of the desert terrain map is pretty neat looking.
