Installation Requirements
- The electric kiln must be placed on a level, hard surface. The exterior temperature of the machine reaches around 200℃, so avoid direct placement on wooden floors. If unavoidable, use ceramic tiles as a protective layer.
- Maintain at least 30 cm of clearance around the kiln, and ensure no flammable materials are within a 1.5-meter radius.
- Ventilation is critical install the kiln in a well-ventilated area. Avoid positioning it under fire sprinklers to prevent accidental water discharge during normal operation
- Keep away from heat/smoke detectors overhead to avoid false alarms.
- Avoid high-traffic pathways to ensure safety and operational stability.
Cooling Tips
- 1000℃+: Open two heat emission holes for ventilation.
- Around 300℃: Crack the lid slightly (5-10cm gap).
- Below 200℃: Power off & remove artworks.
Wiring Requirements
- Use ≥2.5mm² national standard copper-core wires.
- If using an extension cord, ensure it is 16A-to-16A rated (10A-to-16A adapters are prohibited).
