seller has not responded for 3 days . i needed to ask about the maximum rated charge value.battery is rated for 12volts with a maximum power output of 13.8 volts when it will not charge up to that amout.it will inly charge up 13.49 . batteries must be able to have more than enough power to handle initial surge at startup
