this walking pad is extremely light, and I'm around 5'8" and I have plenty of walking room! I can't really run anymore but my girlfriend ran on this thing at top speed and she was surprised she felt like she had room. the beep is extremely loud and annoying but that's totally fine. now when you go to start the treadmill and if your squeaks like mine does on startup you should probably let it start to .5 mph then start walking on it, don't be on the walking pad then start it thank me later. yes I highly recommend it

I Love it! Does not take up much space. Just absolutely perfect for me. This equipment is helping me walk better on my own. Love that it has the handle bar since I'm a newbie to this. I realize low impact exercise. Gotten quite a few compliments about it. I will bring it outside patio when the weather gets a little warmer . It's that portable with wheels.
