I had been hearing a lot about weighed blankets and wanted to try one. I got the one recommended for my weight, a 20 pound blanket! It felt too heavy at first but I got used to it. The added weight stops me from tossing and turning so much that I actually sleep better. I highly recommend one with a separate duvet cover.

This blanket is very nice for a weighted blanket - HOWEVER not nearly enough tie straps on the cover and the blanket is constantly slipping all around in the cover making the blanket itself a big wad, I dont recommend using the cover but then you have the problem of cleaning the blanket which could ruin the blanket.
