My 13 year old son likes to get shirts in Men's Small because they fit loose on him. I bought him this shirt because he loves pugs, in a size small, but it fits him like a size 12 in Boys (pretty snug). He has a very thin build. 5'4", 97 pounds, 22" waist. It's a cute shirt, but you should definitely get it a size or 2 larger than what you'd expect.
