Believe it or not, i noticed the onset this supplements benefits soon after taking my first pill.\n\nit was like a warm sensation of well being washed over me. I also feel more like moving around, almost like i'm compelled to do so.\n\nDon't take at night after dinner if you intend on getting any rest. i like to take this first thing in the morning and after lunch. Otherwise, you wont be able to go to sleep.\n\nI'm half way through the bottle and i notice the effects less now, but i think its because i've grown accustomed to it.\n\nI use it for energy and well being, and also to keep me alert and focused at work

Helps!
DMAE from Swanson helps me function and creates a noticeable difference every time. I'm a full-time dad, student, and worker at age 46 and later this year I will get my bachelor's degree. I have tried other brands of DMAE and they did not have the same effect.
