Believe it or not, i noticed the onset this supplements benefits soon after taking my first pill.\n\nit was like a warm sensation of well being washed over me. I also feel more like moving around, almost like i'm compelled to do so.\n\nDon't take at night after dinner if you intend on getting any rest. i like to take this first thing in the morning and after lunch. Otherwise, you wont be able to go to sleep.\n\nI'm half way through the bottle and i notice the effects less now, but i think its because i've grown accustomed to it.\n\nI use it for energy and well being, and also to keep me alert and focused at work

Yes, it is hard to believe that a supplement can help to firm facial skin. I am on my second bottle and do see improvement with taking only one a day. This ingredient is all of Dr. Perricone skin care, so I thought I would try taking it orally. Try it for yourself.
