Suggested Use: Start with 2 VeganCaps™ per day, and increase gradually over two weeks to suggested use of 8 capsules per day, or as advised by a qualified health care professional. Take with structured water, herbal tea, fresh vegetable/ fruit juices, a smoothie, on its own, or with foods. Vitamineral Green™ is a food. If you experience temporary beneficial cleansing reactions that you find undesirable (such as loose bowels), reduce amount used to 1 VeganCap, and then increase over several days to one serving per day. I've taken this brand in the past but stopped due to price. I never had any issues and it doesn't mess up my stomach. Highly recommend if you can handle the price. You do get 400 so i guess it balances out.

Convenient way to boost your diet with important nutrients
We add the content of a few capsules to our daily protein rich morning shakes. It doesn't overpower the taste of the shake and it gives us as we believe, more energy for the day. Certainly this product beneficial for overall health.
