good bike for the money, easy assembling, works great

I bought the scooter less than a month ago since I kept sending a lot of money on those rental scooters/bikes. The scooter it self was easy to assemble and at first worked good with very nice speed. However a week later the bike started making several noises for just simply moving the bike back and forward. Then when riding it a loud screeching sound would come from the bike. I reached out for assistance from the company Hoteel with a video and explanation of the issue and how new the bike was on its second week in my procession. After reaching out to them bike started to stay charged less. The battery life used to be at least 2 hours max but on its third week the bike’s battery barley lasted an hour and 10 mins.There was no change in weight or anything on my end to cause the battery to work more. The battery and the key to turn on the scooter are located under the scooter and this part is very sensitive. The key and battery have sunken within it self and the key is so flimsy and not strong enough which causes it to bend and get stuck inside the battery. The last straw to this bike was when riding it the steering of the wheel and the handle bars just loosen and caused me not being able to steer the front wheel of the bike to any direction. Injuries were sustained, and the company has been notified. I have received a refund from the company and they asked me to dispose of the scooter bike. Please make sure to read this review before purchasing because this was my first time having ordered a scooter bike from Walmart/ the scooter company Hoteel and I’m beyond disappointed the pictures shown and the ad doesn’t not match having and using the scooter your self. Be careful.
