It is a long red cable
I got this for my new VR build. Since I went with AMD's Ryzen 9, I fixed the RGB to solid red, hence the red cable. I got no covers because I have trouble releasing them otherwise. The cable is typical MP, high quality good price. On another note, I would give the shipping 2 stars because while it got here; it spent a week going in circles around me.

Really small cables
I have a small fully enclosed rack I built to hide a bunch of network and security equipment. Changing from normal cables to ZEROboot cable significantly opened up the airflow paths in my cabinet allowing my equipment to run cooler. I would highly recommend these for racks and small enclosed spaces. Not only does the connector not stick out past the device but the wire is very small and leaves lots of room for air.

Good cable
I didn't purchase this very reasonably priced cable to use it as a 100' cable. I purchased it to get 100' of stranded Cat-6 cable that I could cut up and make custom-length jumper cables. I am very happy with my purchase.
