Where are the 8 individual compartment lids?

I was sent the wrong item. They offered to send a replacement item without any additional charges; I agreed and was sent the exact same item. I contacted Walmart again about receiving the incorrect replacement item a second time. Walmart did apologize for the mistake and did issue me a refund, but I really wanted what I ordered. I was excited to see a snackle box in my favorite color, with 8 individual lids for each compartment. If the original product that I ordered is ever available please reach out to me, I would really love to purchase it.
