Wash before initial use with warm, soapy water. Rinse and allow to dry completely before using. To open any compartment, simply press on the front of the compartment and the lid will pop open. Compartment lid securely snaps shut when closed. To customize labels, select label and attach to the ID plate.

Finally! I've been trying to find another one of these for a while. . I've had one for years for my PM pills, but now need a bigger pill organizer for my AM pills (darn fiber pills). Nice and big and easy to open as my arthritis gets worse, but has never opened on its own. The comparison pictures has the same pill selection in both organizers.

Completely useless.
These are the worst quality I've ever come across in pill boxes The size is more like an XL from other brands, the lids easily open accidentally, are loose and wobbly to the point that you can insert an address label through either side of an individual compartment. Zero use/value. The product dimensions are not listed (only the packaging size?!?).
