My Mooncool TK Pro Purchase.

I just love this trike. It helps me get outside and take little drives. When it arrived, I Had a mechanic and electrician put the 5% together. No problems. Then, we discovered the left rear light would not work. I contacted the company while the little the assemblying was happening. They told me they would e mail me instructions on how to handle the claim. It never happened. I contacted the company again about the issue and was told the same thing. It never happened. I called again, they told me the same thing. I was very firm this time but got no help. One day my phone rang and it was the company. They told me to take a photo of the light and a video of the wiring which I did and texted it to the company. A day or so later, the light started working. I contacted the company and told them is was working and I didn't need help. a couple of days later it would not work again. Of couse I contacted the company again with this issue. No action yet. I will contacting them again. I may have to get ugly to get someone over there to do something done. I love the power, the ride, being outdoors on my own and even the battery life is wonderful so far. I would not have choosen a different E Trike. I WILL GET THIS LITTLE ISSUE RESOLVED TO MY SATISFACTION.

We bought identical models of the TK1. Not the exact same in regard to parts %26 features?! The "park" mechanism differed as well as the actual batteries %26 chargers. They were shipped partially assembled, but again, not the same. All parts were included %26 instructions were good. I read %26 watched the reviews, very accurate %26 I am now getting my wife used to hers. Overall, glad of the purchase.

What is the noise in the rear wheel?

This trike performs as expected. We have one exception to this. there is a noise in the right rear wheel that sounds a little like a bearing noise. Otherwise my wife enjoys this trike very much.
