Mastercard® $25 Silver Bowtie eGift Card (Plus $3.84 Purchase Fee) [Email Delivery]

I bought this because I needed to pay a bill... my rent. Well they didn't accept it. Why? Wasn't a valid card. So when I called they couldn't tell me why I couldn't use it there. Just said to use another card. Well clearly I need to use THIS card since I used my money to pay for it. It also got declined other places. So, if you're gifting to a child then maybe it's okay. But other than that I'd go with another card. RESEARCH before your buy.

This is THE WORST card EVER! it took me almost 2 months of teying to figure out how ti use it to finally be able to use it ONLINE ONLY maybe. and of course its non refundable like all cards but Walmart had first a single employee at the customer service desk at a loss for how to advise me where or how to actually use this e-card. And 3 extremely capable Walmart employees(2 of whom are managers) who have never failed to go above and beyond any and every other time i have had any issues. These 3 lovely under paid associates at Walmart on E. Sherman Blvd in Norton Shores, Mi went through the purchase and purchase email on my Walmart plus account every way they could. As well as the mastercard website . Still i was advised to call MasterCard directly for a resolution. And advised again afrer a Walmart plus live chat. Walmart the company who sold me the egift card and who also sells MasterCard physical giftcards also declined to just swap the egift card for a physical gift card. Wait theres more!! When I i finally achieved some usability out of this terrible idea, it was only after adding it to my Google wallet and tap pay was not available!! Now Hang on just one hot minute an egift card that WILL NOT tap pay?! The MasterCard company should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.
