I LOVE this magnesium spray to helps me sleep at night. This is my second bottle I have bought. I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep for thr whole night but when I use this spray on the bottom of my feet at night I drift off into sleep in less than 10 mins and I stay asleep all night.
