Purchased another machine that I returned for this product. Offers different sounds, volume control and cont play. Similar to a machine that I had years ago. The first machine only offered masking sounds, not the rain, surf etc that I was used to. Very helpful since I sleep during the day for the most part.

This works extremely well and is easy to use.
One of its great features is the multiple selections for how long you want it on. Unlike cheaper units this one can be set to continuous run. The sounds are about as realistic as can be made on a digital card and there are 6 choices. Other digital sound cards can be purchased for a wider selection of sounds. This unit can also be operated with batteries. So far I am very pleased with the product.
