Warm Belly after effects

One of the things i take effects my body temperature. Cayenne is supposed to help your body regulate temperature and cool you down in summer, but warms you up after you take it. About 30 minutes after taking it my stomache feels warm and i get a kick out of that it also helps your immune system and your body to sweat if like me you d I nt even sweat in a sauna or at the gym.

Completes my vitamins.

I had been buying cayenne capsules from another exercise firm for much more money. As you can imagine the price of Swanson brand couldn't touch it especially on sale.The only thing missing was the green tea . My weight loss program got stuck, the heat seems to keep my body's energy flowing, the weight started coming off again and the pills keep me regular.
