My bum doesn't really have acne, but the texture is not the best. I have only been using it for about a week and I can already feel and see a bit of difference that I didn't expect so soon. My derrière is smoother and more even in tone. The bottle the lotion comes in isn't very aesthetic though. I think it could use some work, but as long as the product works they get a pass.
