It gets in there!!

This brush is great. Love how it fits in tight places. However I will never buy from chemical guys ever again. The shipping took a month to arrive. Contacted customer support with my concern and was left with a copy and paste reply. I was also told that I could not read which made me a little upset and thought that it was rude and discussing coming from customer support. Also I was told that because of where I live that is why I had to pay for shipping which is fine because I do know where I live, thank you for reminding me. I have lived here for over 40 years and am used to pay for shipping and waiting patiently for orders. However if I'm paying for express shipping I would expect it to come sooner than a month. FedEx is an express carrier. It was very aggravating being told that federal express is not an express carrier in my opinion is ridiculous especially since express is in the name. It should have been called just shipping instead of FedEx shipping. If I were anyone looking to buy from chemical guys I would recommend not to. Especially if you live outside of the main 48 states of the United States. I hope everyone reads this and is a very honest review and is not just a rant.

Bought this brush and think this is the best brush I've used on my wheels, gets every nook and cranny, is extremely soft...not long enough for the barrel, but don't believe that's the intended use for it....if and when this one wears out, I'll buy another.
