Bad customer service

The stain, if I ever get any customer service would be okay I guess, but I never heard back from vendor customer service. Walmart contacted them because I submitted that it was delivered with the can all dented up and looked like had already been opened and used. The box it was delivered in was in perfect condition. Therefore, itwas not the delivery company that caused the damage as I felt she kept wanting me to say. I submitted all to pictures she ask for in an email and she said she would get me a refund or I am assuming a new can sent and would get back with me. Never heard anything.
