Elk Bacon

I pretty much copied their video but I used ground elk and I already had pig fat so I did a rough 80/20 mix (19lbs elk, 6lbs pork fat). Turned out awesome but it is a bit sweet, kind of reminds me of sweet bologna. Definitely would get this again or a different flavor.

Best Ever!

This is by far the best summer sausage kit I've ever used. The instructions couldn't be more clear or easy to follow. The end product is fantastic. I will absolutely be buying this kit again.
