terrible quality too expensive cost and shipping

First they were shipped separately so I was charged double for shipping, and one came in and the other still has not. It is supposed to come in a week after the other one. It says they are 19x19x5. If you completely flatten it out and stretch the material, you might get 19x19, but they are 18x18 so they do not fit the seat of my chairs, they are too small. They are nowhere near 5 inches thick. After several days of fluffing them and trying to shape them and get them to not be vacuum sealed flat, the thickest part is only 3 inches and the material only measures 3 inches even when stretched to its longest possible length. I do not believe they will be fade proof or water proof as stated. The material is very thin and cheap. The pictures show it is silky and shiny and dark red, and it is not any of those things. The red is an orange red, not the dark red shown. Not at all happy. Take your $30 shipping cost and put it towards buying better quality cushions.
