My wife likes to come fishing with me occasionally and baits her own hooks! What she also does is use small hooks. She says this is so she can catch more fish! What ends up happening is that the hook will get stuck. I will have to force it out of the fish causing what I can only guess is a lot of pain and suffering. Since she only catches and releases this has posed a problem. I took this tool with us and let me tell you its a GODSEND. Sure enough she hooked a fish she could not easily release, and there I was with my brand new tool. Opened the mouth, stuck the pinchers down the poor guys throat and bam hook came out in tact no bleeding no floating fish later. I gave this tool to my wife to keep in her tackle box since she will get the most use out of it. After a few tries she was also unhooking no problems. THANK YOu!
