Great!

Quick shipping, looks good and seems sturdy. I was a little concerned from the reviews regarding shipping but it came in 3 boxes and everything was there. Minimum damage on the Product. We assembled as soon as it came in. Looking forward to lounging with our doggies outside.

Verified Purchase

I bought the item off of Walmart website said it was being delivered on Wednesday I got two huge boxes on Wednesday opened everything it was only half of the set there was no instructions and there was no screws to put everything together. I checked online it does not say that I have another delivery coming so I tried to contact the help center it's almost impossible to get a hold of cost way to figure out what is going on it's been five days since I received half of my order and I can't figure out where the rest of it is this really sucks it would be better if I knew what was going on and when the rest of it was coming but there is no information this is a terrible way to do business on such an expensive item. I wish I would have read the review that was on here because apparently they had the same exact issue that I had I would have never bought this I would've went to the store and picked up my item and came home and set it up I am very disappointed and I feel bad because this item is not even from Walmart it is from another company I recommend that you do not buy this item unless you were OK waiting about a month in the dark waiting for it to be delivered

Confusing

Never have I been more confused about an online purchase. Nowhere did it state it would arrive in several boxes over several days. But it did. So far I've reveived 3 boxes but I'm not sure if this is all the boxes because the description doesn't mention this at all. I started taking everything out to take inventory but it's just too much going on. Walmart.com customer service doesn't show several shipments and they cannot get in contact with the seller. So they are no help. I just want a patio set with red pillows! But I am returning this one. I don't need this confusion.
