True full body workout
I wanted something that was fun as well as a good workout. I went with this machine because of the way you move your arms out in circular motions. It actually feels like rowing! Make sure you use the proper form and put resistance up and you'll get a true body workout. Highly recommend!

Solid rower, great value
Rower is an excellent value. Provides a full body workout while being very quiet and smooth. Full scale rower motion duplicates strokes used in rowing a boat. Seat is comfortable and resistance can be adjusted by hand placement and settings on rower itself. Highly recommended.

With retirement on the horizon
With retirement on the horizon I need to stay active as I have also have RA. I felt the Rowing Machine would be the best fit for me & I was right! It is perfect for an awesome 30 min workout. I can easily get on and off, the foot peddles fit perfectly ans secure. I love that I can adjust the intensity by a simple turn of a knob. The quality was a concern when ordering but it is top of the line! I am impressed! It took me, by myself, about 2 hrs to put it together but the instructions were so understandable no one should not be able to put it together. I absolutely would choose this Rowing machine over any other out there & the price is more budget friendly than the other more expensive ones out there. So you get an awesome workout on the best quality Rowing machine, you can't do any better!
