Cleaning Instructions:

Your Copper Bottle will change color over time. Natural oxidation creates different spots of brown, black, and green. This is proof the item is 100 percent copper. It is safe and normal. A simple clean can restore the shine if you wish to do so. The Statue of Liberty is a perfect example of copper changing color.

Methods for cleaning:

Method 1: Cut a lemon in half and sprinkle salt on it. Gently squeeze the lemon to mix the juice and salt, then rub the lemon over the copper bottle. This method works well for large areas and can quickly clean the bottle. Rinse with warm water, dry, and polish.

Method 2: Mix one tablespoon of salt with two tablespoons of vinegar and apply the solution to the copper. Scrub with a soft cloth or sponge until the stains fade.
