    Reliable,tested against 4 other brands

    It arrived a week earlier than stated safely. I tested it against my Cammenga U.S. Army Issued,my Brunton,my Silva that came with my Buckmaster 184 and my Proster. This is reliable it reads true.It's made well not cheap plastic.Wish I had this when I was in the Boy Scouts and in basic training and throughout my active duty yrs. My Army and military friends are now going to get this because of the quality to price ratio can't be beat.I got this for my wife I have others and I can trust her life to this.If your expierenced or new to land nav you can trust this ccompass now and for the forseeable future.You don't have to spend alot of money for a heavy duty pro level compass this is a welcomed surprise.May this help you to save money as well as buy a great compass.
