Kevala Organic Raw Oaxaca Honey, 16 oz (454 g)

The flavor is really unique. The honey is not liquid however, it is more solid and I have to scrape inside with spoon to get it out. I am not sure if it is always like this. It does taste good though and happy it is raw so I will use it up as health supplement in 1 tsp doses at a time.

Kevala's organic raw honey is recommended by Medical Medium, so I'm very confident of its quality and won't choose anything else (I would opt for a bigger size if it is available). It's only composed of organic raw honey, so the ingredient is safe. I love its taste, the sweetness is just fit and I like to mix it with herbal teas or lemon water. It's packaged in a glass jar with a wide enough opening, so it's easy to scoop the honey out. But I would prefer a plastic cap as I want to avoid heavy metal as much as possible.
