I made it work

Very happy for $40. The material is actually heavier than what I had and got lucky on the fit. My canopy frame measured just under 10 x 10 so this will fit just fine. It has more tie downs built in for better wind protection. There are three water relief holes along the four sides of the canopy. One thing I had to do was extend the upper sunshade frame. Just use 3/4 in. id x 12 in. length pvc pipe or equivalent(cut to fit) on the four legs that fit into the corners of the upper sunshade. There you go. Should of probably bought two!

Great Replacement Canopy

This fit our 10 X 10 screenhouse purchased at the Christmas Tree Shops. It replaced another (more expensive) replacement canopy which did not fit as good. Had to modify the top section. It rained the day after I replaced it and the water did not puddle like the other one. I hope it holds up.

Love It, Love it , Love IT!!!!

I absolutely love this replacement cover. It's better than the original that came the gazebo. I purchased this cover July 2017 and anther in December for my friend as a gift...she loved it. Our's was destroyed in the hurricane (Florida). This one has lasted a year, through many, many rain storm... but, we were hit really hard yesterday and to my dismay the cover tore at one of the Velcro points. My friend had no problem with her cover. What I love about this cover is the snug fit, the ties at each corner; the Velcro straps are LONG and in the right place; the drainage holes actually DRAIN the water ...no water puddles on top to push the water off. The instructions tell you to remove in bad weather...That's good advise. :-) I would recommend this replacement cover to anyone and at this price...what a steal, money well spent. Enjoy!
