washes off with brake fluid or brake parts cleaner

I bought this thinking that it was a good choice being it is "brake caliper paint" unfortunately it basically washes off when exposed to brake parts cleaner or even brake fluid. I would have thought that a paint for brake calipers would be highly resistant to the two fluids that will more than likely come in contact with it, but no.
