I tried several different Balsamic vinegars and for me this is the best I've found so far. It has a nice smell, and a good balance of sweet, tangy and earthy. Gives my Italian Bean salad that extra punch it needs. I feel this brand is high quality with a price that fits in my budget. Very happy I found it.

I could drink this!

I have never used a great lot of balsamic vinegar but I do like the flavor. Until now I just didn't realize how good it can be. My previous bottle ran out so I bought what I thought was a better quality brand. I am so glad I did! This stuff is incredible. I honestly think I could drink it. Until now I don't think I ever knew really knew how great balsamic vinegar could taste. Besides salads I can't wait to see what else I can use it for.
