Order a bigger size if you're a true XL

The size says XL but it fits like a medium. When walking it rolls up, therefore, causing me to constantly pull it down. But it did make me sweat I walked outside for literally 15 minutes so that part is very much enjoyable. If I ever need to order another one I will mostly order a 3XL.
