The main problem with these items is that in shipping they are not packaged securely enough and they arrive broken. This is a big item to repackage and ship back. I have ordered them three times and not one shipment arrived without cracks.

These are great. I already had four of the containers storing items in our basement. We have had water intrusion twice and lost a lot of things stored in the traditional plastic tubs. These are supposed to be air tight and have a seal that goes all the way around the lid. They appear to fit tight.
