I like the color and style of chair, i think its a great chair for someone with shorter legs, I'm 5' 7" tall and a 182 lbs, with long legs and the foot extender doesn't let out far or long enough to accommodate my legs leaving about 3inches of my legs hanging over the bottom of the leg extension, uncomfortable, also i don't like the vibration, the feel or sound of it, the heating is ok, but my granddaughter absolutely loves the chair, i also don't like the little pull thingy attached on the inside of chair to recliner the chair, its a little difficult to pull and the chair is a little too low to the ground for my liking, so my solution to all of the previous issues I stated previously is to by me a seat cushion to help elevate me a little in the chair, and hopefully that will resolve my problems with this chair, i think its a great chair just not the right fit for my style and taste, I would recommend the chair, hopefully this helps your decisions to buy the chair

This recliner is very firm. If you need soft I would not purchase this recliner. Its small an actually hurts my lower back from lack of lumbar support. The massager works really good and goes literally from head to foot rest, but it's loud. I also have trouble keeping it in a reclined position. I have to scoot back untile Im pretty much sitting on the reclining back, but If I move an inch it sits up. Its a uncomfortable fight to keep it reclined. I have a 4 year old grandson that wants to sit with me and there's no room for him or my little dog's, they end up sitting on top of me , very uncomfortable so we all move to the sofa. The remote works great. So even though this seems like a bad review if you like super firm an don't need space for a grandkid or tiny pets this could work for you. I just personally prefer softer an a bigger seat with a reclining back that will stay put an not be a fight. I'm barely 5"2" and my feet hang off the foot rest when in a sitting position with foot rest extended out. I do love the rocking an swivel about it though. My son put it together fairly quick. I also recommend putting the back piece outside in the sun to help get the wrinkles out and the sun helps the foam extend to fullness. I left it outside for two days and it expanded to full size.
