Made incorrectly, hard to stay in my bra.

I was hoping these inserts would stay in my bra and absorb sweat. They really don't stay in place. First of all the inside of the inserts are made incorrectly. One has the sweat bubbles per se (I don't know what you would call them) , at the bottom, while the other pad has them at the top.
