Works great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Berberine Phytosome 500mg capsules work great! They really help. No artificial flavors or sweeteners, Gluten free, and no added colors. There is 60 capsules per bottle. They are easy to swallow, good absorption, and don't have a bad taste. It did not take too long to notice changes after starting this Berberine, consistency is key.. The quality is very good.

Decreases appetite and helps maintain healthy bloo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not know much about Berberine before I received Nature Made Berberine Phytosome to try. I already take Turmeric and knew that Berberine has many benefits when combined with Turmeric so that alone had me wanting to try it- I knew that combined they absorb better. But after taking Berberine Phytosome for a few weeks I now know the awesome benefits of this product. The capsules are easy to swallow and about the same size as other supplements. I did not experience any after taste. Berberine helps to support healthy blood sugar levels and metabolic function. This formulation by Nature Made supports more absorption of the Berberine. I definitely noticed a decrease in my appetite while taking this! I feel like if I was wanting to lose weight this would be an effective tool. All in all I plan to continue taking this supplement and highly recommend it. I
