I was torn between this tlc air conditioner or the media brand Walmart sells I read sooooooooo many reviews and came to the conclusion that the tlc works way better in cooling and made better than the media brand so I'm so glad I went with the tlc it is well made the cooling is great and very easy to install and put together. I got a 6,000 btus and it cools my entire downstairs very well where before I've needed at least 12,000 btus so it's a good air conditioner for the price as well

It's a perfect replacement I love the remote included it is a bit noisy like I can here the compressor almost making a whiny noise but other than that's it's perfect.

Frustrated with WalMart.

I like that I finely found a window unit at a fair price even if it had to be shipped as Walmart does not think people in the south might need an ac when the temps are in the 90's and 100's, so they do not stock them in local stores. Anyone who lives in Texas knows that just because summer is coming to a close on the Calander it is not over until the middle of October. If your unit goes on the fritz, you need a new one right away. They need buyers who know what people really need.
