My favorite glass noodles

When we lived in Houston I was so happy that our Walmart carried these noodles in the store. Since I have moved to a smaller community I was disappointed that I couldn't find these. Now with the convenience of shipping I can get my favorite glass noodles again. My kids can even cook with these but I use them for spring rolls during the summer mostly since it's perfect and doesn't require any cooking. Just hit water for a kettle and a couple of minutes later they are ready for any dish you want to add them to.
