Extended warranty/service/setup horrible!

Laptop works as expected but additional services I purchased not happy with it. I paid for tech support to set it up but no one ever contacted me so I did it myself! I also paid for extended warranty service and again no one has contacted me. So I paid over $300 for these services and I've gone through Chat with Walmart got an email address and a phone number. I sent an email over a week ago and I haven't been able to reach anyone on the phone either. I'm a Walmart member and can't get any customer service!! I am not happy!!
