got it to move states for a new job and had a significant amount of clothes that i wanted to take with me. i could fit a decent amount in them along with my comforter and a pillow. you need to strategically fold and place clothes in them to get it flat otherwise they scrunch up and get sealed in an odd yet solid shape. worth the buy
