the pillow was nice but if the cookies was 16x16 and I thought this was 16x16 but it turned out to be 14 by 14 LOL it worked just a little smaller than I need it but that's fine but overall products not broken or torn or anything recommended you have to put that for us and if we get the wrong size then it may not work in the end. but overall nothing else wrong with it

Nice quality but smaller than advertised

The pillow was ordered to fit our existing decorative pillowcase. The insert was delivered after a lengthy wait but within the promised timeframe. We installed the insert and were disappointed to find the advertised 18" x 18" size measured at about 15.5 x 15.5", much too small. We will be returning the insert.
