The inclusion of multiple mouthguards was a significant factor in my decision to purchase this product. I found the molding process straightforward, adhering to the instructions provided on the packaging rather than the internal insert. Despite two initial attempts at molding, I was able to successfully repeat the process to achieve a precise fit. It is worth noting that trimming the mouthguard after it has been molded and cooled presents a challenge. While achieving a "perfect" mold can be difficult, I was able to create a comfortable fit. As someone who experiences significant nocturnal bruxism, I can report that after the first night of use, I experienced no jaw pain, dental discomfort, or morning headaches.
