First of all, this must be made for kids. I have a very small mouth and I could barely get my teeth in it. But worst of all, when your jaw relaxes and tries to go back, this puts a lot of pressure on your top teeth. So over time I think your top teeth will move inward as if you were wearing something from the dentist to correct an overbite.
