Lightweight material but seems warm could be made a little bigger it says fits most but I would actually call it a large. It doesn't overlap in the front like I wanted to and I'm 5 foot seven and 130 pounds so I would've thought it would over lap in the front and I would actually add a couple Velcro sections down the front for those windy days, not buttons I'm thankful I did not get one for my daughter-in-law. She's 63 and large bone. She would've really liked this.
